JOB: Golf Attendant – St Lucia Golf Links

About

St Lucia Golf Links is an 18-hole pay-and-play public golf course located a few minutes’ drive from Brisbane CBD.

The golf course is one of Brisbane’s oldest and has hosted several Queensland Open and PGA tournaments. The layout suits golfers of all levels.

Facilities include an 18-hole golf course (Par 69), a simulator, a fully stocked Golf Shop, Callaway Fitting Centre, a historic Hillstone clubhouse, including three function rooms, Hundred Acre (Bar, Bakery, Restaurant) and a Mini Golf Course.

We are recruiting for an energetic and motivated Golf Attendant to join our team. Prior experience in golf or hospitality is preferred.

The position provides a great long-term career development opportunity for the successful candidate.

Duties include; 

  • Reservations for golf, simulator and lessons
  • Registration for golfers, lesson students and mini golf patrons
  • Golf cart and golf club rentals
  • Starting and Marshalling on the golf course
  • Presentation and merchandising of Golf Shop
  • Renting of indoor simulator
  • Promotion of Social Golf Package and Mini Golf Parties
  • Set up, presentation and maintenance of golf carts (70 carts)

Full training is provided.

Remuneration:

The position is full-time and salaried.

Commencement Date:

To be negotiated with the successful candidate.
