Air Adventure Golf Wins Gold Third Time at 2024 Tasmanian Tourism Awards

POSTED ON November 12, 2024 @ 4:06 pm

Air Adventure Golf has secured its place as a leader in the tourism and golf sectors by winning Gold for Best Tour & Transport Operator at the prestigious 2024 Tasmanian Tourism Awards. This marks an impressive third consecutive year that the company has taken home this top honour. Additionally, Air Adventure Golf has been inducted into the Tasmanian Tourism Awards Hall of Fame, recognising its consistent excellence in providing world-class experiences for travelling golfers.

The recognition comes after years of dedication to delivering unforgettable golf tours in Tasmania, showcasing some of the world’s most iconic courses. From the challenging Barnbougle Dunes to the stunning landscapes of Cape Wickham and Ocean Dunes, Air Adventure Golf offers an unrivalled golfing experience in one of the most beautiful regions on the globe.

“We’re absolutely thrilled to win Gold for the third year in a row,” said Jon Perrett, General Manager of Air Adventure Golf. “It’s an incredible honour to receive this recognition, and it speaks volumes about the hard work, passion, and commitment of our team. We are sincerely grateful to the golfers who trust us to create their epic Tasmanian golf journeys. This award motivates us to keep raising the bar and deliver even more extraordinary experiences.”

The company’s ongoing success is also attributed to its strong partnerships with world-class golf courses, including Barnbougle, Cape Wickham, and Ocean Dunes. These collaborations ensure that guests enjoy not only the thrill of playing on globally revered courses but also a seamless and personalised travel experience. This combination of top-tier golf and bespoke service has earned Air Adventure Golf a loyal following among golfers around the world.

John Dyer, Managing Director of Air Adventure Golf, also shared his excitement: “Being inducted into the Hall of Fame is a milestone that reflects the consistency and excellence we strive for. We couldn’t have achieved this without the world-class quality of our ground partners, and of course, our amazing guests who continue to choose us for their golf adventures in Tasmania.”

Looking ahead, Air Adventure Golf has its sights set on the 2024 Qantas Australian Tourism Awards held in Adelaide in March, where it will represent Tasmania on the national stage and look to defend its title as the 2023 winner of this award.
