JOB: Groundsperson/Greenkeeper – St. Andrews Beach Golf Course (Victoria)
Programmed Turnpoint a division of the Programmed Group is a leading provider of Construction and Maintenance services to the Golf, Horse Racing, Landscape and Sports Turf industries.
We are seeking the exceptional services of a Groundsperson or qualified Greenkeeper to join our busy team at St. Andrews Beach Golf Course.
We are looking for someone who has a strong desire to succeed and a willingness to be able to strive for continuous improvement – a keen interest in golf would be advantageous. The main responsibility of this position will be to maintain the golf course and surrounds to the highest possible level. The successful applicant shall be self-motivated, punctual and have the ability to work in all conditions. Experience with cool season grasses and irrigation would also be advantageous.

Programmed Turnpoint offer an excellent environment for career progression with 2 x assistants being promoted to superintendent positions, 5 Foreman’s being promoted to the role of 2 IC, and 4 Greenkeepers being promoted to Foreman roles in the past 12 months alone across the country.
This is a full time wages position with weekend work on a rotating roster whilst working in a great team environment.
