This is a unique opportunity to join one of Australia’s most prestigious golf clubs and part of the famed Melbourne Sandbelt.  We are looking for an experienced hospitality professional to join our team in a role geared towards delivering exceptional hospitality interactions with a focus on Member and Guest Services.

The Club is a 27-hole facility that prides itself on delivering a great golf and hospitality experience. The opportunity exists to continue to develop and innovate all hospitality experiences within the Club environment.

Kingston Heath Golf Club will host the Men’s Australian Open in 2026 followed by the prestigious Presidents Cup in 2028. This is a fantastic opportunity to participate in multiple major events recognised internationally in the world of golf.

An opportunity exists for a highly motivated, passionate, career-focused and experienced hospitality professional to join the dedicated Food & Beverage team. The primary responsibility of this full-time, hands-on role is overseeing the Food & Beverage Operations of the Club.  The Hospitality Manager will ensure a first-class experience for our members and guests by providing exceptional service and promoting a friendly, ‘club’ environment.

What you’ll be doing

  • Manage all aspects of the club’s hospitality operations, including food and beverage service, catering, and events
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance Member satisfaction
  • Oversee the recruitment, training, and management of hospitality staff to ensure excellent service delivery
  • Manage budgets, inventory, and cost controls
  • Foster a positive and productive work environment that promotes teamwork and professional development
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards
  • Continuously monitor and improve hospitality operations to exceed member and guest expectations

What we’re looking for

  • Extensive experience (minimum 5 years) in a hospitality management role, preferably within the golf or premium dining industry
  • Strong leadership and people management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • Excellent customer service orientation and the ability to deliver an exceptional dining experience
  • Proven track record in driving operational efficiency
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Relevant qualifications in hospitality management, business, or a related field
