We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and engaging Sydney Golf Academy Coordinator to join our Moore Park team and provide critical services to members, guests and contracted coaching companies.

Clublinks operates Moore Park Golf and Centennial Parklands Sports Centre within the Moore Park Precinct on behalf of the Centennial Parklands and Moore Park Trust (Trust). Located in central Sydney the Moore Park Precinct has thrived in recent times; growing substantially year on year and continuously enhancing its offer, customer experience and improving business performance.

Reporting to the Moore Park Golf Venue Manager, you will hit the ground running, with accountability for;

• Customer Service
• Financial / General Administration
• Contractor Management
• Tuition Services
• Golf Operations
• Workplace Health and Safety – including CovidSafe practices

About you

You will have:

• Proven customer service experience
• Strong administration and organisation skills
• Experience with Point of Sale & Booking systems
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• Contractor management experience
• Advanced time management and coordination skills
• Intermediate level Microsoft office skills
• Keen interest in golf
• First Aid qualifications, Police and Working with Children Check number
