JOB: Qualified Turf Tradesperson – The National Golf Club (Victoria)
The role
A fantastic opportunity awaits a motivated person to join our golf course team. The National Golf Club, situated on the beautiful Mornington Peninsula, is a world class club boasting four spectacular golf courses over two sites.
The National Golf Club is seeking to employ a qualified turf tradesperson or 3rd/4th year apprentice to assist in the maintenance of our golf courses. You will have a passion for the industry, the ability to work as part of a team and be willing to work overtime and weekend rosters.
To be successful you must possess:
• Formal turf management qualification
• Experience with chemical handling and spraying
• Turf machinery operation and maintenance
• Trained on the latest Toro turf equipment and small construction machinery
• An understanding of Work Health & Safety practices
• Strong work ethic
• Own transport
• Early starts are essential
The successful applicant will be located at our Cape Schanck courses. Full uniform will be supplied and you will be paid above award wages.
