Management and Operations of the Regency Park Golf Course

The City of Port Adelaide Enfield is seeking innovative Proposals from reliable, professional, and suitably qualified operators who would be interested in managing the operations of the Regency Park Golf Course.

Regency Park Golf Course is a 9 hole Par 70 course (with two different sets of tee blocks to make 18 holes) that was established in 1977. It is located on Days Road in Regency Park, South Australia and has been one of Adelaide’s most playable and well maintained public golf facilities. The golf course also has a small driving range suitable for short game practice, warm up and golf tuition.

Adjacent to the golf course is the Regency Tavern which sells a variety of meals and serves as a function venue and is separately leased to private operators. Onsite is a Pro-shop which forms part of the golf facilities providing the successful operator with a shopfront to provide a range of golfing equipment for sale or hire and offer refreshments. Other services such as golf tuition would also be offered from the shop.

Proposals may include, or exclude grounds maintenance.

Proposals must be submitted by 2pm Friday 5 April via the SA Tenders and Contracts website.

A site briefing is being held at the Regency Park Golf Course on Friday 22 March 2019 at 9:30am (meet at the Pro-Shop)

If you are unable to attend the briefing on Friday 22 March, a second briefing will be held on Friday 29 March. Please note that this briefing will be by appointment only.

Appointments can be made by contacting Michael Collins on 0439 503 340.
