Elanora Country Club is seeking an experienced Clubhouse Manager to oversee the daily operations of our clubhouse, hospitality facilities, and lodge accommodation. Reporting to the General Manager, this role is central to delivering the exceptional standards and warm, personalised service our members expect.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead all clubhouse operations, including lodge accommodation, food & beverage, events, and venue presentation.
• Manage, coach and develop a team of up to 20 staff to deliver consistently high service standards.
• Develop and execute plans to grow revenue and profitability across accommodation and hospitality services.
• Drive lodge performance by improving occupancy, ensuring impeccable room quality, and providing seamless guest arrivals and departures.
• Engage proactively with members and guests, acting on feedback to enhance service delivery and promote our offerings.
• Oversee operational requirements including rostering, budgeting, cost control, purchasing and reporting.
• Implement service improvements and initiatives that lift member satisfaction and operational efficiency.
• Work closely with the Chef to continually refine our food and beverage offering.
• Curate and enhance our wine list using your knowledge and passion for wine.
• Maintain compliance with all health, safety, hygiene and licensing regulations.
• Manage supplier relationships and negotiate contracts.

What We’re Looking For – About You

• 5+ years’ senior hospitality or venue management experience, ideally in a club, hotel, lodge or premium dining environment.
• Strong knowledge of F&B operations, accommodation management and event delivery.
• A proven ability to lead, motivate and develop high-performing teams.
• A passion for exceptional service and creating memorable guest experiences.
• Excellent communication skills and confidence engaging with members and guests.
• Strong financial acumen with experience managing budgets and cost controls.
• A genuine passion for wine and food.
• Relevant tertiary qualifications in hospitality or related fields.
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required.
