About
We have built this business up from nothing and service golf clubs that don’t have a resident golf professional. There are more clubs in Australia that do not have a golf pro than those that do. We currently visit NSW clubs in the Central North, New England and North West Golf Districts as well as Qld Clubs in the Darling Downs and South West Qld districts.
The opportunities for growth are limited only by how far and how much you would like to travel. Realistically the lesson and repair part of the business would be able to be increased and is largely untapped. The only reason we are selling is that we are retiring and we want to offer the right person/people the opportunity to continue on what we have started.
What we are selling is
- Established account territories with Titleist, Ping, Callaway, TaylorMade, Wilson, Cobra, Walkinshaw etc.
- Fixtures and fittings in two established pro shops.
- Business name and all associated intellectual property.
- Sign written fully enclosed tandem trailer.
- 2009 Toyota Prado, fully sign written (optional)
- 9m expandable mobile cabin (optional)
- Stock on hand (To be discussed as it fluctuates)
- Fully set up workshop and equipment
The business is extremely profitable as we have minimal overheads.
We have developed excellent relationships with the clubs we service. Each time we attend events we are approached by other clubs asking if could we come to their clubs as well again showing the potential for future growth.
The business would suit 1 or 2 motivated PGA members or a husband/wife/partner team. It’s more about lifestyle than work and we visit some truly interesting and picturesque courses.
We choose which events and which clubs we visit. Some we visit twice a year some you could go monthly if you wanted.
