If Jordan Spieth’s latest property purchase is anything to go by, life’s pretty good at the top.
The 22-year-old golf whiz has not only surpassed Jason Day as the world number one on the PGA Tour, he has also overtaken Tiger Woods as the sport’s top earner.
Spieth’s new home is an impressive custom-built estate that comes with a host of luxury features, including a 12-car garage, indoor basketball court, pool and golf simulator room.
Exposed beams throughout lend an old-world charm to the clean elegance of the modern design.
The golfer reportedly paid US$7.1 million for his new digs, despite it being advertised online for $US9.5 million.
