The Club features an 18-hole golf course, renovated Clubhouse and a range of first-class sporting facilities and private accommodation for the enjoyment of the Club’s members, their guests and reciprocal Club members. The Role

The role represents an exciting opportunity for an Assistant Golf Operations Manager to work full-time within the golf operations and retail services at the Club.

Reporting to the Golf Operations Manager, key responsibilities include but are not limited to;

• Assist with the management of day-to-day operations of the Sports Shop in line with the Club’s policies and procedures
• Provide exceptional Member experience in line with the Club’s values
• Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and presentation of the Sports Shop
• Manage Sports Shop retail, merchandising and inventory control
• Ensure the Golf Shop, and managed equipment is presented in a manner commensurate with that of leading golf clubs.
• Arrange golf club demonstration and fitting days to satisfy member demand and reach sales budgets.
• Development and delivery of a Club Fitting service provided to Members within rostered hours.
• Ensure SOP’s and Golf Shop manual are adhered to
• Assist with competition and timesheet management
• Assist with golf club repairs

Assist with the management of the Club golf cart fleet and member club storage

The successful candidate will possess the following attributes:
