JOB: Assistant Superintendent – Cumberland Country Golf Club (Sydney)

Working closely with the Course Superintendent and leading the Green Staff Team, you will be in a key position as we work together to improve on our already magnificent Golf Course.

The Role

This is a senior position within the Golf Course Management Department, reporting directly to the Golf Course Superintendent to develop daily work schedules and coordinate all related tasks. In this role you will work within the team yet maintain autonomy as you develop your own management skills.

You will be supported with your own development goals whilst being responsible for training, supervision and review of personnel. Along with supervision of construction projects and specific maintenance activities on the golf course, this role provides you with the experience necessary to progress your career beyond this position.

With multiple exciting projects on the horizon at Cumberland the successful candidate will be a key liaison within these projects gaining and providing valuable insights to golf course construction.
