Northbridge Golf Club is seeking to employ a full-time Bar Manager.

The club is located on the lower North Shore of Sydney 10 minutes from the CBD.  The club has a busy public access golf course and a vibrant seven-day-a-week restaurant.

The role

The successful candidate would be responsible for the successful management of bar operations and staff.

The ideal candidate would have:

• Strong knowledge and experience in a similar role.
• Passion for providing quality customer service.
• Knowledge of compliance and WH&S obligations.
• Ability to undertake monthly stocktake, sales analysis and ordering.
• Enthusiasm to train and motivate bar staff.
• Willingness to work varied shifts across the 7 day roster.
