The Toolbox Team is Australia’s leading provider of work health safety and environmental compliance training, resources, and technology to the golf and sports turf industry.

We specialise in helping organisations across the globe build physically and psychologically safer teams through practical, innovative, and culture-focused solutions.

We’re now on the lookout for our next team member to join us on an initial 2-year cadetship (this is a full-time, permanent role) – with strong potential for growth into a senior leadership or business development role from there.

🔧 What You’ll Be Doing

  • Be a supportive, proactive part of The Toolbox Team’s culture and operations.
  • Provide high-level environment, health and safety support to golf and sports turf clients across Victoria (on-site, phone, video, email). We are ready to offer additional training here as a part of your development..
  • Occasionally support clients interstate with short, manageable travel.
  • Act as a tech-savvy bridge between our clients and software platform development team – helping solve challenges and relay feedback.
  • Complete key qualifications in WHS, auditing, and more as part of your professional development.
  • Facilitate small group training sessions and build strong, trusted relationships with clients.

👀 What We’re Looking For

    • Strong knowledge of the golf and sports turf industry in Australia.
    • A confident communicator – written, spoken and digital.
    • Someone who’s comfortable with technology and quick to learn new tools.
    • Happy to use and interact with social media for professional purposes
    • Open-minded and ready to grow – feedback-friendly, curious, and keen to improve.
    • Willing and able to travel occasionally
    • Comfortable speaking to small groups and building rapport with clients.
  • Friendly, reliable, and genuinely invested in making workplaces safer and better.
