We’re now on the lookout for our next team member to join us on an initial 2-year cadetship (this is a full-time, permanent role) – with strong potential for growth into a senior leadership or business development role from there.

🔧 What You’ll Be Doing
- Be a supportive, proactive part of The Toolbox Team’s culture and operations.
- Provide high-level environment, health and safety support to golf and sports turf clients across Victoria (on-site, phone, video, email). We are ready to offer additional training here as a part of your development..
- Occasionally support clients interstate with short, manageable travel.
- Act as a tech-savvy bridge between our clients and software platform development team – helping solve challenges and relay feedback.
- Complete key qualifications in WHS, auditing, and more as part of your professional development.
- Facilitate small group training sessions and build strong, trusted relationships with clients.
👀 What We’re Looking For

- Strong knowledge of the golf and sports turf industry in Australia.
- A confident communicator – written, spoken and digital.
- Someone who’s comfortable with technology and quick to learn new tools.
- Happy to use and interact with social media for professional purposes
- Open-minded and ready to grow – feedback-friendly, curious, and keen to improve.
- Willing and able to travel occasionally
- Comfortable speaking to small groups and building rapport with clients.
- Friendly, reliable, and genuinely invested in making workplaces safer and better.
