Links Hope Island aims to be one of Australia’s most innovative and progressive golf clubs.

Position Available:

Links Hope Island is looking for a full-time Club Manager to lead the award-winning operational team. The successful candidate must have the flexibility to work a flexible roster and undertake a variety of tasks to ensure effective daily operations. Selection Criteria:

The successful applicant must possess the following:

Previous experience in a leadership role, preferably within the golf industry;
Outstanding written and oral communication skills;
Strong problem-solving skills and where appropriate sound decision-making abilities;
Effective leadership encouraging cooperation and teamwork;
Attention to detail and to customer experience;
Ability to manage a range of different priorities with multiple stakeholders;

Responsibilities:

Lead the activities of Links Hope Island in line with the agreed objectives of the business;
Manage all issues that relate to golf and membership;
Oversee the golf course maintenance program;
Oversee the maintenance and presentation of the general clubhouse environs;
Develop business plans and corresponding budgets and forecasts;
Implement strategies in line with the approved business plans;
Monitor and evaluate performance and report to the Board;
Where appropriate represent Links Hope Island in external relationships;
Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation;
