JOB: Corporate Golf Coordinator/Assistant Professional – Monash Country Club

About

Monash Country Club is a private members’ golf club located on Sydney’s Northern Beaches, set within a stunning bushland environment.

We are seeking a motivated Assistant Professional/Corporate Golf Coordinator to join our Golf Operations team. This role offers the opportunity to work in a professional sporting environment, with strong potential for growth and career development within the Club. For the successful applicant, the position may be offered on either a full-time or part-time basis.

Reporting to the Director of Golf, the successful applicant will be well presented, reliable, organised and self-motivated, with strong communication skills and a positive attitude. The ability to work effectively as part of a professional team is essential.

Please note: weekend and public holiday availability is required.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional service to members and guests.
  • Assist with the day-to-day operations of the Professional Shop in line with Club policies and procedures.
  • Coordinate and liaise with Corporate Golf partners, including organising dates, preparing proposals and pricing, managing bookings, and communicating with relevant Heads of Department for all Corporate Golf events.
    Maintain Professional Shop presentation to a consistently high standard.
  • Support competition administration, including timesheets, results and daily golf operations.
  • Assist with basic golf equipment repairs and provide support for teaching and club-fitting services.

Remuneration
An attractive remuneration package, commensurate with the successful applicant’s experience and qualifications, will be negotiated.
