JOB: Customer Experience Manager – Sandhurst Club

This is a compelling opportunity for a suitably experienced CX professional to elevate the Sandhurst experience to the next level, and beyond.

Located in Melbourne’s thriving south east, Sandhurst is one of Australia’s largest lifestyle and residential communities.  It boasts two championship golf courses; a health club with a fully equipped gym and indoor pool; a sports centre with tennis and basketball courts; a clubhouse providing hospitality and events; and a residential community of over 1,300 homes.

We are now seeking to appoint the club’s first Customer Experience Manager.  Reporting to the CEO, you will lead the development of the club’s customer experience strategies across all operations and lead the membership experience team, with the aim to elevate the Sandhurst Club experience to the next level, and beyond.

This is an exciting senior leadership position, which requires CX thought leadership and influence to enable greater levels of customer-centricity across the cub’s operations; after all the club’s vision is to ‘be the premier golfing and residential community in Australia’.

Your priorities will be to develop, lead and support the CX team; develop and implement a framework for CX success; and identify relevant CX trends, innovation, and achievements in the wider market (beyond Sandhurst), to drive CX evolution.

• Committed to the customer, with a passion for influencing and delivering the best customer experiences.
• Skilled in customer experience, including journey mapping, seeking and interpreting feedback, and making data-based decisions for performance improvement.

It is essential that you are a friendly, independent and highly motivated person with good communication and personal skills that match the club’s values, and culture.  Experience in a member-based or club environment is desirable, but not essential.

A competitive remuneration package will be negotiated with the successful candidate, commensurate with the role and your credentials.
