Working on Golf’s digital revolution, MSL Solutions are looking for someone to join their Team and help provide exceptional 1st and 2nd Level Customer Support to the Australian Golf & Golf Club Industry.

Supporting a wide range of leading software’s including the following.

  • Golf Link Tier 1 & Workstation
  • Golf Australia Website
  • Golf Australia App
  • SimpleGolf Management
  • SimpleGolf Scoring
  • Slice Golf
  • Golfbox Tournament
  • ProPlanner

What you bring to the role:

  • An understanding of Australian Golf, Golf Link & handicapping
  • A technical aptitude
  • Be both analytical and logical in your approach.
  • Experience working with Windows & Microsoft systems and programs.
  • Hands-on experience using Golf Link, Tier 3 Golf Software or MSL products (desirable)

In this role you will be working remotely alongside a diverse team of Support Staff who are passionate about all things golf.

The role, while with MSL, will have a big focus on Golf Link / GA Customer Support and is a great opportunity for someone with an interest and experience in technology, to get their foot into the Golf Industry.

Working alongside industry experts, you will be assisting in diagnosing and resolving issues with our products and services, with a key focus on remote diagnostics and proactive technical strategies.

As an escalation point for the wider customer service team, this role is integral in resolving more complex support enquiries in a timely manner with a focus on preventative measures.

What your day will look like:

It is golf and as such the day can be varied but as someone with a passion for golf and tech, you ideally would be comfortable and confident in identifying the cause, remedy and prevention of complex golf related problems and then communicate these key elements with our customers to eliminate the issue at the root. That would see you provide the following:

  • Develop and maintain a sound knowledge of our software products
  • Contribute to ongoing improvements in the operation of the software products
  • Maintaining service requests (tickets) via Connectwise and providing incident/issue resolution within established Service Level Agreements (SLA’s).
  • Provide product support training when required.
  • Answer inbound support calls and resolve customer enquiries.
  • Follow up and execution on all internal and customer communication to ensure we are responding to things in a timely manner.
