JOB: Fleet Sales Manager – Augusta Golf Cars

Augusta Golf Cars, Exclusive Australian Distributor for E-Z-GO, Cushman and Pace Technology, is seeking an experienced sales manager to join our Queensland team. Based at the Augusta Golf Cars office in Yatala, we have a full-time permanent position ready to be filled as soon as possible.

Position Overview

The Fleet Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth and managing relationships with fleet owners across the Queensland and northern NSW region. This role involves overseeing the full sales cycle of golf car units, from prospecting and negotiation to delivery, training, and after-sales support. The ideal candidate will combine strong sales acumen with excellent organizational and customer relationship management skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Promote and sell golf car units to fleet owners throughout the Queensland and Northern NSW region.
  • Manage the complete sales process, including negotiation, finalisation, and accurate data capture of all transaction details in the sales system.
  • Maintain and regularly update a comprehensive database of all fleet owners within the region, including:
    • Contact person and details
    • Number of cars and model/brand
    • Renewal dates for fleet rollovers
    • GPS and location details
  • Assist with ordering, planning, and forecasting of stock requirements for both concluded and potential future transactions.
  • Coordinate handover and provide training to clients upon delivery of golf car units.
  • Deliver ongoing after-sales support and maintain strong relationships with all fleet owners in the Queensland and northern NSW region.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Proven experience in sales management, preferably within the automotive, equipment, or fleet management industries (Minimum of 3-4 years).
  • Strong understanding of sales processes, forecasting, and customer relationship management.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel within the Queensland and northern NSW region.
  • Position requires travel time within Queensland and the northern NSW region.
