JOB: Front of House Manager – Golf Entertainment – Golf Central BNE

With our resort style facilities and industry leading golf ball tracking technology Golf Central offers an exciting, exhilarating and fun experience for all ages and skill levels, where you choose to play as a group or as an individual!

Golf Central hospitality facilities include a bar, café, marquees and in-range bay lounge areas where people can enjoy great food and refreshing beverages while strutting their golfing prowess.

We have pushed the boundaries with our facilities and technology, and now we are looking for a hospitality expert to lead the evolution and delivery of a stylish and exhilarating hospitality offering.

As the Front of House Manager, you will be the face of Golf Central and will:

• Be a hands-on, guest orientated leader, motivating and driving your team to provide memorable guest experiences;
• Set and maintain the theme of the hospitality department, designed to create a fun, relaxed and engaging venue
• Drive revenues across all areas of the venue
• Support and inspire an energetic hospitality team
• Lead the Front of House operations, including but not limited to product creation, rosters, training, P&L management, forecasting, recruitment, COGs, and labour
• Continue to build an amazing, collaborative, and inclusive culture;
• Develop and upskill your team members and yourself;

 
If the following sounds like you… lets talk!!

• Energy, enthusiasm and positive can-do attitude
• A valid RSA and ideally a RMLV
• An ability to work nights and weekends.
• An obsession with providing the best guest experiences
• Proven experience in all areas of a hospitality venue (bar, kitchen, functions etc)
• Strong time management skills and high level of experience in administrative tasks – being able to balance these with being a hands-on front of house manager
• A burning desire to show what you’ve got and what heights you can take the business!
