With a philosophy to create an environment in harmony with the broader landscape, The Eastern Golf Club commissioned Greg Norman Golf Course Design (GNGCD) to design the 27-hole championship standard course plus Shark Waters – a Par-3 nine-hole course.

The Role

The role represents an exciting opportunity for a Golf Operations Administrator to work within golf operations and retail services team at The Eastern Golf Club.

Reporting to the Manager of Golf, key responsibilities include but are not limited to;

• Lead day-to-day operations of the Golf Shop in line with The Club’s policies and procedures
• Lead competition and timesheet management
• Provide exceptional Member experience in line with the Club’s values
• Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and presentation of the Golf Shop
• Assist with Golf Shop retail, merchandising and inventory control
• Deliver outstanding service to members & guests
• Assist with the management of the Club Golf Cart fleet

The successful candidate will possess the following attributes:

• High level understanding of golf competitions and administration (Mi Club & SwiftPOS)
• A passion for providing excellent customer service, displaying an enthusiastic can-do attitude
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Well-developed interpersonal skills
• Organised, punctual, and reliable
• Immaculate presentation and professional standards
• Flexibility on working days including weekends and public holidays
