JOB: Golf Operations Assistant – Churchill-Waverley Golf and Bowls Club
About
Churchill-Waverley Golf and Bowls Club (CWGBC) provides 36 holes of golf. Currently operating on two sites at Rowville and Endeavour Hills, the club provides 7- Day member and public access with an indoor Trackman simulator at the Endeavour Hills site.
We are seeking a bright and enthusiastic person to join our team. Applicants will have a great knowledge of golf and a keen interest to deliver quality experiences that meet and exceed the expectations of members and visitors.
The role includes but is not limited to the following:
- Customer service
- Point of Sale operations
- Golf bookings maintenance and processing
- Golf competition administration
- Golf shop retail and operations
- Food and beverage service where required (current RSA or willing to obtain)
The position is initially casual (indicative 20 hours per week) for a variety of shifts, with weekend availability essential. It is ideal for someone with aspirations in the golf industry with the possibility of transitioning to part-time or full-time subject to business needs.
