Golf Course Solutions is a division of Landscape Solutions, a full-service commercial landscape company delivering landscape maintenance and construction services to the private and public sectors. Landscape Solutions have been operating for over 25 years and currently employ over 600 full time staff across Australia and New Zealand with territories covering NSW, VIC, QLD and Auckland.

Golf Course Solutions are currently searching for an experienced Golf Operations Manager. This is a perfect opportunity for someone that is looking for a role that will give them the ability to take ownership and make their division a market leader.

What you will be doing:

Engaging with staff at all levels to ensure clear direction and workplace culture is promoted
Develop training and succession plans for current employees
Operational and Budget management of our clients golf courses
Monitor contract KPI performance
Analysis of all projects and their productivity to ensure that forecasting is correct
Regular review of the division to ensure that 5 year strategic goals are on track and milestones being met
Reporting around financial performance, developing site specific budgets and implementing
Develop strategies around contract retention and rebid submissions

What will you need?

Minimum 5 years’ experience in the sports turf industry in management
Problem solving skills at a strategic level, working with all involved parties to achieve resolution
Strong communication and influencing skills
Experience in engagement and presentation of status for executive level management
Demonstrated ability to lead a team effectively
