We are seeking a customer-focused individual to join our team as a full-time Golf Pro Shop Worker. This role involves providing excellent customer service, assisting with pro shop’s merchandise inventory, and overseeing the operations of the driving range. The ideal candidate is enthusiastic about golf, possesses strong communication skills, and thrives in a customer-oriented environment.

Responsibilities:

• Customer Interaction:
  • Greet all members and guests in a friendly, courteous, and professional manner.
  • Communicate with members and guests in a clear and helpful manner, providing information and assistance related to course play.
• Merchandise:
  • Ensure the pro shop is well-stocked with golf merchandise.
  • Maintain the presentation and organization of merchandise displays.
  • Assist customers in selecting and purchasing apparel and accessories.
• Driving Range:
  • Oversee the driving range, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience for golfers.
  • Monitor and control the usage of range facilities.
  • Provide guidance and assistance to golfers using the driving range.
• Customer Service:
  • Address customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
  • Assist in resolving customer issues related to merchandise or course play.
  • Foster a positive and welcoming atmosphere for all members and guests.
• Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in a customer service or retail environment is preferred.
  • Knowledge of golf terminology and the game itself is an asset.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work weekends and flexible hours based on business needs.
  • Proven organizational and multitasking abilities.

Must have or will get RSA.
