Brookwater Golf & Country Club is one of Queensland’s top golf courses located in the City of Greater Springfield and managed by Troon Golf. The Greg Norman-designed championship golf course offers an exciting opportunity for a dynamic and enthusiastic Membership and Customer Service Manager to join our team.
Brookwater Golf & Country Club is a premier facility that sits amongst the Brookwater residential community. We are looking for someone who prides themselves on exceptional customer experience and loves to engage with members and visitors. This position also provides general administrative support across the organization and requires a strong understanding of the membership types offered at the Club to be successful.
Primary responsibilities include, however, are not limited to:
- Be the ‘face’ of Brookwater Golf and Country Club by greeting members and visitors to the facility.
- Primary point of contact for membership inquiries, via inbound telephone calls, emails and in-person enquiries and conducts orientations of the facility and for new members
- Responsible for processing annual subscription billings and new membership sales via the MiMembership software
- Responsible for creating and administration of membership payment plans
- Actively drive the development and implementation of mechanisms to support member retention.
- Work closely with the marketing department with the coordination and delivery of promotions and campaigns across membership
- Oversee membership database to ensure all member’s data is up-to-date and accurate
Key Selection Criteria:
- Strong administration and customer service experience
- Excellent computer skills including database management
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and oral
- Ability to multi-task, achieve deadlines and create and adhere to schedules
- Outstanding organisational skills, attention to detail and a flexible, positive can-do attitude
- A friendly demeanour and well presented
