The role

We are seeking an experienced hands-on Office Manager / Warehouse Supervisor to be responsible for the day-to-day operation of our Carrum Downs premises. The position requires a person who can ensure that the office and warehouse are operating at the highest level of efficiency whilst maintaining a user-friendly/safe environment.

Key Responsibilities will include:

Responsible for daily requirements of receiving, picking, packing and the dispatching of goods.
Oversee daily warehouse operations, while managing inventory movement.
Manage and maintain ongoing relationships with supply chain.
Manage all freight and logistics.
Point of contact for the sales team and provide support as needed.
Assist with basic accounting tasks such as invoicing and expense tracking.
Responsible for maintaining inventory integrity.
Attention to detail of the highest standard is to be maintained.
Coordinate with the sales team and nationwide agents to ensure smooth order fulfillment and timely delivery.
Conduct regular stock counts to maintain accurate inventory records.
Operate a Walkie Stacker

Skills and experience:

Strong knowledge of warehousing processes and operations.
Flexible and adaptable for business requirements.
Strong leadership skills.
Self-motivated and can work under pressure to meet strict deadlines.
Customer service experience.
Knowledge of how inventory systems operate.
Must be able to plan and organise the warehouse to ensure operation excellence.
Confident and able to communicate effectively with the onsite sales team and agents.
Initiative and integrity are a must have.
Approachable with an innate ability to problem solve – thinking outside of the box.
Well-presented and take pride in their appearance.
Excellent administration skills, attention to detail and exceptional multitasker.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Word and Excel
Must be flexible and adaptable.
A team player who enjoys collaborating with others to achieve common goals.
Experience within the golf industry or fashion industry would be preferable.
