With many short and long-term projects planned the Club requires a passionate, driven and respected person to join its team in a newly created senior management role, Operations Manager.

You will be working with a great team and a General Manager that was recently recognised at the Queensland Golf Industry Awards with the prestigious Distinguished Manager Award. The Club prides itself on the small things and our team comprises many team members that have extremely long tenures – a testament to the culture within the Club. Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Manage the Food and Beverage Operations of the Club
- Manage the Club’s Corporate Golf Business
- Assist the Membership and Administration team as required
- Assist in the Club’s full compliance with all relevant legislation
- Assist the General Manager & Finance Officer with the preparation of annual budgets, cash flow forecasting and clubhouse capital expenditure requirements
- Assist in the HR function of the Club as required
- Act as the General Manager when the GM is absent
- Attend Board Meetings and provide support to the General Manager with relation to Board requirements
- Assist with the planning and delivery of projects as required
