JOB: Production Team Leader – Callaway Golf South Pacific
We continue to expand and need to add to our team.
We are currently seeking a passionate, enthusiastic Production Team Leader to join our warehouse team. You are a leader – inspiriting and motivating working alongside your team to achieve business results. Responsibilities include ensuring that our clubs are made with precision and accuracy, and efficient order flow from assembly to shipping located at our Head Office located in Rowville.

Key Experience and Skill Areas
- 2+ years’ experience in a production environment
- Proven Leadership experience in a similar role
- High attention to detail
- Effective communicator – internally/externally
- Previous experience working with SAP (ideally)
- Customer-centric attitude
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Staff Competency assessments are completed quarterly.
- Ensure lead time is in-line with Global expectations.
- Manage & Drive daily metrics around the output
- Accountability at each milestone of the build process
- Quality Assurance in line with Global expectations/
- Continuous Improvement focus
- DSPD & Company values & Behaviours are upheld at all times.
