JOB: Warehouse/Customer Service Position – PING Golf

About

American Golf Supplies is the exclusive Australian distributor of PING golf equipment and apparel. We also represent and distribute ECCO Golf shoes. We require a highly motivated person to join our warehouse team at our Taren Point head office.

The role

This is a Full-time role, working 5 days per week (Monday-Friday)

The main duties and responsibilities are:

  • Accurate and timely dispatching of product
  • Accepting/distributing incoming goods
  • Daily interaction with customers to assist with product information & order status
  • Maintaining the security and integrity of warehouse stock in line with company procedures and inventory control
  • Maintaining a clean and tidy work environment
  • Assisting the Production and Warehouse Manager with stock control, including regular stock counting
  • Adhering to company policy and procedure to maintain OHS standards

Skills and experience

The right candidate will have:

  • Experience & understanding of golf clubs
  • A keen interest in & knowledge of golf
  • Basic computer skills (must)
  • Relevant experience working in a small warehouse
  • Be physically fit and capable of manual work
  • Good reliability and time management
  • Be motivated, enthusiastic and take pride in their work
  • Good attention to detail and pride in their output

The remuneration package will reflect the candidate’s experience and qualifications.
