MacAuslan Appointed General Manager of Busselton Golf Club

Busselton Golf Club is pleased to announce the appointment of Andrew MacAuslan as its new General Manager, effective February 2026.

A seasoned golf industry professional with a deep background in both club operations and professional coaching, MacAuslan makes the move to Busselton following a successful tenure as General Manager of the Margaret River Golf Club, where he served for over two years.

A Wealth of Industry Experience

MacAuslan brings a comprehensive skill set to his new role, spanning executive management, high-level golf operations, and player development. His career trajectory within the Western Australian golf landscape includes several key leadership and technical positions:

  • General Manager, Margaret River Golf Club (2023–2026): Led overall club operations and strategic direction for over two years.
  • Sports Coach, GolfWA (2022–2026): Contributed to the development of the sport across the state for over three years.
  • Golf Professional, Perth Golf Centre (2022–2023): Specialized in junior golf and professional instruction in Yokine.
  • Golf Operations Manager, Royal Fremantle Golf Club (2020–2022): Managed day-to-day operations at one of the state’s premier golfing facilities.

The appointment marks a significant step for Busselton Golf Club as it continues to strengthen its position as a leading golfing destination in the South West.
