MPower MSL step up their support of GMA as a National Elite Partner

POSTED ON May 23, 2019 @ 5:53 pm

GMA is delighted to announce the formalisation of a significant partnership between MPower MSL and GMA for 2019 and 2020.  Following MPower MSL’s support of GMA over many years, plus their support of GMANSW and GMAQ, MPower MSL have agreed to a new national partnership in line with the new GMA management model.

While MPower MSL were already an outstanding contributor to GMA, they will now become a GMA ‘Elite’ Partner, which will see MPower MSL play a pivotal role with supporting key GMA related activities.  Some of these include a larger presence at the 2019 GMA National Conference in Melbourne, which will involve the MPower MSL Golf Event at Peninsula Kingswood Country Golf Club and being the proud supporting partner of five GMA led golf days held around Australia annually.

MPower MSL have over 30 years’ experience delivering technology platforms to develop loyal golfing communities. With MPower MSL technology, clubs can now deliver an exceptional customer experience to both members and guests by providing insights that will allow for data driven decisions.  MPower MSL offers golf clubs and associations a full solution, from tournament and golf management solutions to membership and clubhouse POS systems.

Nick Thornton, General Manager of MPower Golf said, “as a former General Manager myself, I know intimately the value of GMA to its members, as well as the challenges General Managers face day to day.  MPower MSL is committed to ensuring we create technology-based solutions for clubs to not only enhance the membership experience, but to ensure General Managers are provided every opportunity to succeed”.

“MPower MSL is a global organisation with over 2,400 clients in 25 countries.  However, we’re committed to supporting our heartland, which is golf clubs in Australia.  Our product range continues to evolve and grow, and we’re constantly finding ways to support General Managers and their clubs with solutions that fit their size, scale and membership expectation.”

GMA Executive Officer, Jim Cail, indicated “with our previous relationship with MPower MSL, plus their outstanding support of a number of GMA state bodies, creating a more national approach to the partnership was always going to be of great benefit to both organisations”.

“The support MPower MSL provided GMA during the development of the new management model was a critical factor in its ultimate creation, so from a GMA perspective, we can’t speak highly enough of Nick and the team at MPower MSL.  GMA is thrilled to have MPower MSL come on board as an elite level partner, particularly given their influence across the golf club landscape, their ability to push the boundaries of golf club technology and their support of GMA members and the wider golfing industry.  We look forward to continuing the outstanding relationship we’ve had with them for many years”, said Mr Cail.
