Lydia Ko catches the eye of US Presidential hopeful Donald Trump

Kiwi golfing sensation Lydia Ko appears to have a fan in Donald Trump.

The US Presidential hopeful appeared on the cover of TIME’s latest issue and was asked about all kinds of topics, from policy issues to why the South lost the American Civil War.

An avid golf fan, he responded to a question about why he thought he could do things other people could not by referencing American golfing great Jack Nicklaus, baseball legend Babe Ruth and New Zealand’s own Ko.
