POSTED ON September 11, 2018 @ 8:56 pm

Queensland’s Goondiwindi Golf Club has announced Nicky Kruger as the club’s new Director of Operations (Hospitality and Golf). Kruger will take over after Head Golf Professional David Wright.

The role forms the cornerstone of the club’s Business Strategy based around creating a centralized ‘one-stop’ Golf and Hospitality Hub and single point of contact for the members and visitors to the Goondiwindi Golf Club. This new model will allow the club to provide a complete golf and hospitality service within one location under the management of Kruger and his team.

Formally from South Africa, Kruger followed his passion to work within the golf industry and has achieved a range of professional qualifications including; a PGA Diploma – PGA South Africa; a Certificate III (AHC31010) Parks & Gardens and a Certificate II (Music) – Nelson Mandela Metropolitan University.

Kruger has a passion for growing the game of golf, developing businesses and enjoys playing a range of musical instruments whenever time permits. Currently the Head Professional and Manager at the Albany Links Golf and Putt Putt, Kruger will commence with the Goondiwindi Golf Club on 5th November, 2018.
